PHX Sky Train: An automated train that transports travelers between Valley Metro Rail at 44th and Washington Streets, the East Economy Parking area, and airport terminals. Taxis and Shuttles: Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are three taxi companies contracted to pick up passengers at Phoenix Sky Harbor. Rates remain the same regardless of company, the number of passengers, and the number of bags. The first mile is $5. Each additional mile is $2.30. Each hour of traffic delay is $23.
