$145 (plus 14.285% tax, subject to change). Group rate will be honored for the nights of September 3-9, 2018 (based on availability).
Call In: contact reservations at 888-421-1442 and ask for the “TEDPA 2018” room block.

- A credit card number will be required to secure a room out of this block. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.
If attending NASRA after TEDPA, please reserve any guest room nights through September 8, 2018, under the TEDPA Group and September 9, 2018, and beyond under NASRA Group. You must make your TEDPA and NASRA reservations under the same exact name – this way we can try to have your room pre-assigned to avoid your needing to change guestrooms. on the date that your TEDPA reservation ends, you will need to go to the hotel front desk to get your key rescanned for the NASRA conference.
Cut-Off Date: Monday, August 13, 2018, by 5:00pm CST in order to receive the group rate.

All events packages being shipped to the Hyatt must follow the below address label standards to prevent delays. Schedule your shipment to arrive 2 days prior to the event start date to avoid additional storage fees. Include the name of the hotel on-site contact.

Package Handling and Storage Fees:
Shipping charges must be prearranged and paid by company. The Hyatt does NOT accept a “COD” basis. The Hyatt does not bill shipping charges to a master account.
A labor fee of $70.00 per hour will apply for breaking down/moving pallets.
Package Handling Fees are as follows:
- Envelopes/Packages/Boxes – $10.00 per item
- Pallet – $150.00 per pallet
If shipping out:
You are required to pack, tape, and have pre-paid shipping labels taped on boxes and call for a pick up.
